You agree to the following terms and conditions. 

The person making the booking must be at least 20 years old and is responsible for providing correct information and ensuring that all guests follow the house rules.

Payment The total price and payment terms are shown during the booking process.A booking is confirmed once the required payment has been received.

Cancellation Cancellation terms depend on the rate and conditions selected at the time of booking. Please check the cancellation policy before completing your reservation. 

Number of guests The apartment may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking. Any changes to the number of guests must be agreed with us in advance.

Additional services Final cleaning, bed linen, towels and EV charging can be arranged for an additional fee. These services must be requested and agreed in advance.

Damage and loss Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused by themselves or members of their party during the stay. Please notify us as soon as possible if anything is damaged or missing. 

Check-in and check-out Guests must follow the check-in and check-out instructions provided.

The apartment must be left in the condition specified in the check-out instructions unless final cleaning has been arranged. 

Liability We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, road conditions, power outages, or closures of ski lifts and other local facilities.

House rules Guests agree to comply with the house rules throughout their stay. Serious or repeated violations may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.
